At EarthDrive, we stand behind the quality of our products.

Due to the nature of consumable goods, we do not accept returns on opened products.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue. We will gladly replace the item or provide a refund where appropriate.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product arrived damaged or incorrect.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method once the returned item has been received and inspected.
